Looks good

It would look about 1000x better if the valve cover itself was chromed or powdercoated.... The newness of the CF looks out of place.

I think the spark covers looks better with the TET CF fuse box covers, and shroud.

i wonder what the gains are from dropping all that extra weight by using cf ???
what do guys think about a cf battery tie down? imagine the gains from all that weight loss ???

Clean up the engine bay, if you're going to customize it. Mine is filthy...that's why my hood is down when I take pictures.

the valve cover has wear marks, and discoloration, and then a big shiney hunk of CF

A little dirty?? Looks like that engine hasn't been cleaned since you bought the car!!!

I am a big hater of CF so I will not be purchasing one of those...painted stock cover looks just fine.

Looking good for the carbon fiber coil cover but your color coordination need some work. red hoses, blue intake tube then a CF coil cover?????? plus a dirty engine....a little more color and you can call your engine compartment SKITTLES

i dont think an engine bay needs neon/pastel colors everywhere Black and chrome are all the colors i need, and they arent even by definition "colors" Black wire loom, CF valve cover, black piping/tubing, everything else just clean...looks better than neon blue wire loom everywhere IMO

Don't you have a pic of them installed on your car?

Here are some links of the TET covers with the spark cover.

I've slowly been polishing parts of my engine and engine bay. I like carbon fiber, but I can't stand it when it doesnt match. I also am still researching resin's to make sure that it doesnt yellow with age and heat/UV. I was thinking about making my own carbon fiber parts just here and there, etc.

Thanks for the respones To address my color coordination, thats simply how the intake came, and I am currently not going to change perfectly good hoses cuz they are red(Last I checked red and blue coordinate pretty well.) I have never had a reason to clean the engine bay and maybe I will now. Anyways, it wasn't a DIY I got the cover from Ionic Dynamics there was a thread in the GD section. Thanks for the reedback maybe next time I'll outfit my car with nomax before I post anything.

Just driving a Max should be a reason for cleaning your engine.
