My remote trunk opener won't work anymore, either from the keychain or from the driver's door. It clicks, but doesn't engage. I checked the unit to make sure it is not in the "disable" position (down). I can hear it click, it just doesn't seem to engage the latch.

I tried this posting here once before and the moderator removed it immediately. Please leave it for people to see! My post on the 4th gen. board was useless. It drew no replies for weeks and I could use some help.
