Climate control problem

I just bought a used 04 two days ago and was hoping someone with a little more experience with them could help me out. It seems that when the car is idling cold air blows from the floor vents. I drove the car home from the dealer and the temperature was comfortable but when I stopped with the engine running in my driveway the cold air started to blow. That is the only time I have driven the car but my wife says the problem has repeated at stop lights, etc. Any ideas? It's pretty darn cold right now in Chicago so I would like to figure this out soon.

I've heard 6th gens are drafty and cold air is getting into cabin (might even be TSB for it). My 5th gen. does not seem to be too drafty , of course most of the time i keep heat on the floor though.
