Unorthodox Flywheel Installed

Just got this put on last week. Not nearly as big of a difference as I expected, the car doesn't appear to be much harder to drive other then that RPM's drop quicker in between shifts, 1st gear goes by much much faster, now my car will lose traction in 1st now just like when I had the stock 15 inch rims.....geez i'm running out of n/a mods.

I bought it from stillen, it was on sale for only $360, on their website it says its 5lbs and I asked the guy over the phone and he said that yes it is the Unorthodox unit. On the box it said it came from AASCO, so who knows what to think, all I know is the car is definitely faster.

Did it give you any more hp gains?? I would think with a lightened flywheel it should give you some more juice??

Doesn't actually give you more horsepower...just makes the engine rev through 1st gear quicker, and 2nd gear a little quicker.

You have any more mods prior to that?? I know a guy with I/H/E flywheel, clutch, etc. He pretty much said the same thing the rpms drop faster between shifts.

read the stuff out there on lightened/aftermarket flywheels.

there's a wealth of information out there other than on .org, and it's going to have the same effects on every car- maxima or not.
