I'm interested in pictures of the rotor.

Tony, do these guys make their own 2 piece rotors? Or is it subcontracted? I'd like to get a 2-piece version of the stock 13" cobra rotor. These things weigh quite a bit.

I'm working with them to replace my AP/Stillen 1 piece rotor for the same reason as yours. One thing I like about them. They are willing to custom make anything. It's all matter of $$$. Anyway, after some initial measurements. They will let me know if they have a 2 piece rotor off the shelf that will work with my AP/Stillen kit.

it's prolly cheaper to have precision custom make the hats and rotors than to pay $tillen for another set of the shelf.

been there, done that.

Let me know what you find out on pricing from them. I'm working on some sources to make custom 2-piece rotors for my stuff too, and if you're already calling them there's no point in me calling and asking the same questions.

I remember asking Stillen and they quoted ~$700 for the pair.

If they're gonna have to make custom hats, why not just get the 2 piece rotors from Stillen?

I want 2 piece rotor that has the same 13" size and offset as an oem Cobra. But with the hub bore and stud size of a Nissan. ie.. 300zx. I wonder how much that would cost. $700 is insane on a wear item like rotors

ding ding ding...

13 x 1.25" solid rotors are about $135 each, from other places... plus the hats. get the hats custom made and you shouldn't have to replace them- not very often anyway.

My quote was with the hat.

Maybe it was more than $700..I don't remember exactly. I'm hoping to find some off shelf two piece rotors that will work with AP/Stillen for much cheaper. I'm hoping for $500 for a set of rotor/hat.

Good luck. I've been looking for 3 years for an off-the-shelf hat that will fit our car.
