I took my tints off not too long ago. They were turning purple and i couldn't take it any more. After reading up on what's involved i thought it would be really hard, but they ripped right off in 1 piece, even the back. The only problem i was left with was the glue that stayed on the windows. To get rid of this I used some ammonia & water and a sharp razor type tool and it was cake on all the side windows. As for the back, I'm waiting till it gets warmer so i can soak it well and use a plastic spatula, it should work. I was originally going to soak the back tint in ammonia water and cover the back window with a trash bag to keep it saturated.. then park in the sun. This is the proper procedure i read about, but weather didn't allow me, and i was fed up. Tint shops can do this for you too, for a fee of course.

You can use oven cleaner...There is a brand out there that works really good and you don't have to use all of personal protective jumpsuits or whatever...It is one of the more exspensive brands at your local supermarket...Good Luck
