My friend's dad had a maxima. I rode in it a couple of times, drove it once. And fell in love with it. It wasn't a ricermobile, had a lot of luxery to it, the reliability of it was great, and it was affordable.

I had a 1990 300zx before the max, which always broke down. Racing my friend's max and 300zx proved to me that sedans can run as fast as sports cars if not faster.

Cosmetically they're almost the same except the 2k3 has a different grille and different lights on the tail, plus mine's is an SE (2k3) so the side sills are added onto it, whereas the 2k doesn't have side sills.

I've always wanted a Maxima ever since my dad brought home a brochure of a 1998. They had a picture of a Neptune Blue SE blurred racing through a backroad.
