I want to order some 1157's but Nopi is out of the ones that I ordered so I need to order from someplace else online? Also does anyone know if this

Bulb - Mini , HIPER - Plazma Xenon - 1157 - 35watts - Pair

is the same as this

1157 XENON HYPER WHITE SIGNAL BULBS
