I was suppose to run a 325 last week but it was raining
so were doin it tomorrow
he is Stick I am Auto (95 max)
were both bone stock .... cept for me i just got a K&n air Filter


the way i c this is i need to have a really good jump so i cna keep withhim

can someomne tell me what gr i should start on 1 , 2 ,D ?
and how high i shuld rev then let go of break.
Also what is the strongest gear for the ma x... ???

Where you rev to really depends on how good your tires are..
As a general rule you want to brake torque to above 1500. I would go to 1700 or so.. take the car outta O/D.. Orange light on. Put the car into 1st.. Brake torque. When its time to go.. you want to put the pedal down about 3/5ths of the way down..the tires will spin.. when you start moving floor it.. That should be like 1 sec later. Watch the tach.. Shift at or a tick above redline. The tach isn't accurate up there. So shift late. Push the shifter into 2nd at a bit past redline. Keep it floored.. Never take your foot off the gas. Just push the shifter up. Redline 2nd.. same thing.. shift into D... If the race is still on after D (3rd gear) which is shouldn't be... because 3rd tops out at about 120!!! =P if it does go that far.. press the O/D Button to shift into 4th. I think the strongest gears are the first two gears.. 3rd is only okay.. Just keep it floored man. You wanna win don't you? =) Good luck.. =) If you have good tires.. or aftermarket rims with bigger tires than stock.. rev higher.. tell us how it goes..
