I just picked up my '03 Max from the dealer today. They were fixing some scratches as part of the purchase deal and doing the HID anti-theft kit (hey, it was $0). I have also had the passenger window reset in the past due to flakey Auto Up features and the drivers windows' Auto Up feature is now flakey at times.

Long story short, the service guy told me the rep was in, and there is a new TSB coming out for the power windows and various auto up, child proof auto down issues. I'll assume it's a 5th gen thing, but who knows.
