Spark Plug Question for the motor guys

I just checked my spark plugs in my 2k GLE. They were all fine, a little lean probably due to my advanced timing to 17 degress and the fact I lay on the gas a lot. But I noticed on the spark plug in the far right cylinder on the rear head (furthest from the front of the car) there was oil on the threads of the plug. But the plug wasn't fouled with oil. I have a suspicion this might have something to do with the threading in the head being stripped and oil seeping through. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks.
Ryan

Mine had that same condition, except on the middle plug in the front bank. Never followed up with it to see what was happening. I suppose it could be a little oil seepage at the valve cover causing that, but I don't know.

Hmmm...I wonder if it's anything I should be worrying about. Anyone else have thoughts?
