For the DIY mechanics out there, have you guys ever done an engine oil flush? Is it recommended? Thanks.

There really is no need to do this unless something got into your engine that will harm it. Just change your oil as scheduled and you'll be fine.

What if you are switching from mineral to synthetic oil?
