Larger Throttle Body
There is an easier way....
Just goto your local dealer and get throttle body gaskets for both. If the bolt pattern is the same then it will swap over. However you will have to port match the intake manifold, which usually means removing it. As far as gains are concerned you probably won't get any more power at the wheels however you should gain better throttle response and fuel economy. Well at least I did when I swapped a 60mm TB (stock is 50mm) in my maxima.

yeah but remember, the 4th gen already has a pretty big TB.
