Ok, I know that blue lights actually "impair" vision when driving, but I am curious about one thing.... Does blue light up the road better than amber? I know this doesnt matter, but im curious.

well... no, it doesn't light up the road better, but it reflects better off of signs, BUT not blue light, but white light...
