Modifying indiglo guages...

So slizan99 hooks me up w/ some indiglo guages...at the time he told me they done fit right. I was like, f8ck it, I'll make them fit. After trying to make them fit, I ran into what he was talkin about.

1) The speedo rest pin is a little off
2) There is no hole for the rest pin for the temp guage
3) Tach screws holes (in the middle) are just a tad off....

My question is, can I drill the guages w/ power drill to make them have a lil bit more play? Will it f8ck them up? Or...will it make no difference?

are there currently holes inthe indiglos? if so...you might be able to...no experience with indiglos but...why not give it a shot...worst case is they don't work...but they don't fit/work anyways...so nothing to lose.

I went through this too. I cut off the stock temp needle and glued it on the gauge. I also sanded out the middle holes of the gauges to get them to fit better. some other crap went wrong and to be honest its a huge pain in the @ss. Mine are now kinda jacked up looking so im tryin to get some different ones.

Are they regular indiglo guages or reverse indiglos? If they are reverse I know they are safe to drill through because I drilled through mine. I don't know about the regular indiglos though.
