I just finish installing a 2nd set on a friends car, making it iansw and nismo_SHA's car that I've installed cefiro's on. Only one problem. I'm having a hell of a time adjusting them. They appear to be way too low. I think I've figured out the left right adjustment, but I can seem to get the up down adjustment. Anyone have idea suggestions, or ideas? I've tried the little gold 10mm bolt, but it doesn't seem to help at all. At least I know how to put them in!

Mind you i do not have cefiro's, but one thing i can suggest is putting a washer on the mounting bolts at the bottom, and stacking as need be. i had to do this with my projectors, because of the sh!tty craftmanship of indigomax ... Also iirc i read elsewhere in the forums, that the housing itself doesn't move, but its the inside that adjusts...you may already know that, but i'm kinda throwing that out there for those who don't. hope you get it figured out man.

Yeah, the inside part moves, I know that, it's figuring out how to get the inside to move up in down with out having to shim the light. I could shim it as you say, but the problem with that is the already large gap on the bottom corner is probably gonna get worst. Either way thanks for the idea, I will definately do that if all else fails.

JP, let me know of some times your free and I will let you know what works best to me.

Wow. No one knows? I mean, how many people have these lights now? They seem to be selling like hot cakes and no one knows how to aim these? Or did everyone else some how have perfect alignment when they put it in that they didn't need too? Please! any help would be great!

It seems that OEM cefiro lights have no problem with the adjustments while the non-OEM (smoked or regular) have little reliability in the adjustment department.

I could be wrong, however.

That little gold bolts seems work for me. I was having a hard time to adjust those Hls too, but just keep playing with the bolts. Do you have pic of the pattern at night so I can compare it with mine? Btw, how did you adjust right/left pattern? Thanks.

those cefiro headlights are not direct replacement. You have to get a small airsaw, and cut some of the frame of the car to make them fit. Dont know if you did that. Then you should be able to aim them up and down. Just be ready to cope with the nasty gap the headlight will leave in the corner of the car. I would not put those things on my car. Rain water may seep in and start rusting out the inside of the car. All of that over some one piece headlights that dont even fit properly.

The little gold bolt towards the bottom of the headlight rotates it up and down.
You can only see the head of the bolt. Turning it left (or turning it like you would be loosening it) will aim the headlights up. It takes a little bit of time but it will work. I just figured this out with my smoked cefiros.

And by the way when you put the weather stripping in you'd be surprised how well it keeps the water out.

He's got an I30, do they are a direct replacement, and have no fitment issues with the fender.
