What's a CAPA Certified Part when buying body replacement parts?

Anyone know what the difference is and is it worth the extra money?

Probably the next best thing or right beside OEM. I always go with OEM when getting body parts, like from Pinnacle Nissan. Better to pay the extra price tahn to end up with body lines not matching up, or being kinked or overlapping.

100% better than "All Makes" my .02

Actually I know a little about it. When I was looking for a bumper I asked what it was and my parts guy said that what the manufacturer does is have their parts certified by "CAPA" (a company I assume) and what they do is have them test 1 out of every few panels made on the specs on the part and test the fitment of the product to ensure that it is being molded/made correctly. If it passes, then they put a stamp on the inside of the panel and increase the price and if not, well then either they throw it out and fix the problem, or be sneaky and sell it as a normal part w/o the certification. Personally, I don't think it matters, but if your parnoid go for it. I bought one w/o it and have no problems

None yet but I do need a bumper and left corner light assembly for my Accord. My wife was going to her job and a something flew up from the road, smacked her bumper and broke a couple of things. Plus her fender is bent at the seams which I could probably bend back to shape.

I will be investing in a rear bumper for my car because of the years of living in the city (small gashes and scars).
