I know this is a little off topic, but, AutoWeek gives the new Q very high marks. For those who don't subscribe, they tested one in Italy and said that it handled high speeds with a gracefulness and ease that one would expect for a luxury sedan. Hopefully some of the techonolgy that went into this new version will trickle down and end up in an infinti version of the skyline and maybe the new max se-r.

You know their might be a skyline version in Infiniti. They are also removing the g20 very shortly from the product line.

didn't know that about the g20, but the article made mention that they lifted the rear suspension from the skyline. hmmmmm, lift the front suspension, awd, and rb26dett, call it whatever you like and sign me up!

Actually the new Q is having problems during initial rollout in Japan. The Cima (same as the Q) has been affected by a recall (all new ones) due to faulty electrical components that can cause the engine to shut down at random. Hope they get it sorted out before launch here...

The G20 is a tight car.. they shouldn't kill it.
The newest vers has Skyline multilink suspension in
the front and the multilink beam in the back. That thing
handles like a dream. Waay better than most of the
other Nissans over here. Damn I miss my G...
