Nice setup but that beam patern is jacked. The cuttoff is not aligned through out the whole pattern. You getting glare on the sides which shouldn't be there.

Ah thanks. Somebody could have said copy and paste earlier

Job looks nice, light output is good though it could be better i think. Are those Euro-spec going by the cut off pattern?

the point is that the projector is not perfectly leveled/clocked correctly.

the beam SHOULD look something like __/--__/--

damn that ascii art sux...but the -- part should be at the top of the / part.

from what i can see the driver side one needs to be turned counterclock (behind the wheel prospective). the right one MIGHT be ok..but i can't really tell.

I sorta see what you mean, but when I mounted the units...I mounted them both as horizontal as humanly possible..you've got mail, funny thing is the shields (hi-beam) has a funny curve to it...I initially thought they should have been straight across...

Hey...those bastards...are gonna kick your ****!!!...but I think I may know why there is a glare that you all speak of...there maybe reflections from the chrome housing that was not built/meant to house projectors...which maybe the cause. I know Geo1317 has blacked out his housings...so he may/ is likely not experiencing this, but I didn't want that look, but may have no choice....your thoughts?
