Second battery / Alternator upgrade...

Hey Guys,

I have a 1994 Maxima with a large stereo system and new air ride setup... I wanted to run a second battery in the trunk just for my accessories (i.e. stereo, neons, linear actuator, air ride...). Should I upgrade my alternator?? If yes, what kind of alternator should I buy, how many amps, and where should I buy one from.... Thanks a lot guys, Joel

pretty sure you will have to upgrade your alternator if you want to run a second battery, if you don't you will just put more stress on your alternator. i have no idea where to buy or what kind of alternator to get tho.
