Clutch/Trannie problems..Help!

Having some problems gaining pressure in the lines. I got my Exedy stage 1 put in this week. The pedal felt real nice, good pressure, but it was not fully disengaging the clutch, the car would drift with the pedal floored in 1st/reverse, and would not go into gear with the car running and in neutral.
So we spun the screw that goes to the cylinder, more and more it got better, but still not enough. So the guys working on it decided to add a nut to the 'u' to gain more threads, then we got it back in and now the cylinder is not creating pressure, so the pedal is dead.
Anyone ever have this problem? We've bled it countless times, and there has never been any pressure buildup at all, and it's not taking fluid in, unless forced to. As far as we can see, there is no leaks either. The lines were not disconnected when they put the clutch/fly in. I have a rental until tomm. and need my car back ASAP, were willing to try anything, but we think the cylinder took a crap, but really have no idea.

Thanks, Tank

I just replaced my clutch master cylinder 2 weeks ago. I also had the same problem as you, I replaced the clutch and for the first month it was OK but then slowly got worse till I had next to no pedal left. "BlackbirdVQ" helped me out.
