Oxygen Sensor--Second Replacement!

I've got a '95 Nissan Maxima with 70K on it. The "check engine light" is on again and I'm afraid its the sensor again! Can I live without replacing it? Why are they constantly going out? The old one is only one year old.

Did u pull the error code from the ECU?
