Tire Question. How good are Falkon Tires?

they are ok...

and cheaper than say Nittos. But i generally believe that you get what you pay for. they wear out pretty quickly and they're not THAT cheap where you could easily replace them.

I used to have the Falken Ziex 225-50-16. They are ok when the ground is dry, but when it rains...You had better watch out when you're on the freeway! I could always feel them pulling to one side or another whenever I went through one of those wet spots...the feeling resembled hydroplaning...very little though, but still not good...scary. In addition, the treadwear rating is 300. They do last a long time, IMHO, but if you drive agressively all the time, you'll soon see cracks on the corners of the tire. I don't know about their higher performance tires, but this is my evaluation of this particular one.

I have them on my front rims. O nce they break in they are alright not great. I had dunlop w-10's before, they were awesome.
