Look at the gains with the vq. WOW. I'm sure our SOHC engine would not gain as much but maybe more than the JWT ecu. Somebody should call JWT and rub it in their faces. They are gonna loose a ton of money. Remeber "next spring, soon, etc..." Welp....now we got a source. Hehe...anyways....somebody get there

Actually.....

I believe we can probably see more power at the wheels assuming you have hotter cams in. In my car's brief life with heads and cams it was alot faster. I didn't lose any torque anywhere, but I gained alot of topend. My topspeed only increased 10mph on my speedo and I was able to get an extra 500rpm out of 3rd gear.

Yea cams would be nice...

but this is UPRD ECU vs. JWT ECU.
Price war? hehehe...why don't you be the guinea pig, Mike?

hmm an ECU question

Are the main ECU's for the auto and manual 3rd gens the same?... I've got a spare auto ECU... I know the autos have an actual tranny computer.. I can't say that I've ever really paid that much attention before.
