guys. how do you program the Remote garage door opener (one of three buttons on the visor). Someone told me to hold my original remote's button and point it in the direction of the three buttons and hold one of the black buttons simultaneously with the garage remote and that should do it. Didn't work. Car is 99SE

I just programmed mine after reading this....haha and i always knew how to do it.....i had the rolling code which was.....

 

can you program any kind of remote function to homelink? im getting my apartment soon and one of my friends as a present picked me up that kit to make your lights work with remote control. do you think homelink will be able to program to that also? its not very useful, but its neat, and if i have them, i might as well use them for something, since i wont have a garage.

I have a question. You push and hold the 2 outer buttons until it doesn't blink anymore. I did this and it erased the programming. I programed one of the doors and decided to change the button to the other door. I went through the erase procedures again and it worked. However, now when I program the other opener, both doors open under the same button. I can erase it, but for whatever reason both doors open under the 1 button. How can I erase this and make it only open 1 door?
