whining noise through radio?

I just installed two amps to my speakers, and now there is a whining noise coming through the speakers. The higher the rpm's get, the louder it gets. Anyone know what this is caused from?

alternator whine. isolate your grounds. change your ground point. make sure you have a great ground.

Also make sure your power wire isn't right next to the RCA cables, that creates some radio noise too
