Guys i think something is wrong with me.. Help me out

Man, its like all the sudden.. well its been like this for a long time, but this time its like a really big burden. Im becoming a anti-modder. I will buy all sorts of crap for my car, but HATE installing it! I mean i sit here and procrastanate. It makes me feel like i shouldnt be modding my car. I mean ive been so busy with school, work, girlfriends, colleges that im just drained after that! Is this normal? Im sorry i just needed to vent.

Whats nice about having this problem is that you got all this stuff ready to go when you get the mod bug again and then you can really go to town!!

Dont worry we all go through this stage. It will pass. Besides, it helps you to save some money for a while.

edit...

Installing the mods is half the fun. I enjoyed my afternoon removing the front bank headers...fun! Seriously, it's fun.

Oh, reminds me of this guy I met at the track with a WRX a month or so ago. He ran a 12.8 at like 107mph or something like that. We start chatting, talking about mods....he doesn't know jack. He has some shop that did all his work. He does not even know what size or type of turbo he is running. No respect for that at all. Anybody can drop their car and credit card off at a local tuner shop.

Hopefully it will be as fun for the rear section On a '03.

I enjoyed replacing my control arm on my 95 this past weekend, it was literally fun though. And like lordrandall states..... install = better than purchasing.

i dunno. i'm getting kind of bored with modding. I'm at the point where it starts to get expensive to do the stuff i want to do. I dunno I guess its just since its winter time and all or something. I wish I could find a motor for my beater then that would probably help a little bit.

I like working on my car sometimes. I don't like paying for parts. I do like when new parts arrive on my door step and when I finish installing the new parts.(I think I'm pretty much speaking for everyone when I say that)

I've been working on mine for almost a month strait. I have a f***ed-up back and it is 20 degrees outside(some snow). It's been a little wrough but, I'm almost finished. I've been pretty burnt out lately too.

I'm bored casue it's winter, and i'm hurting to get some stuff fixed...got a pathy for winter tho, so it's going under construction this winter

Mike - I know what you mean about not touching ur own car, like the kids whose parents drop 100K on there car, then he gets all the credit and his name isn't even on the title and he has NEVER even turned a screw in it
