venting system
I have a little, very anoying problem. When im driving, the faster i go, the harder i feel this breeze comming through somewhere in the foorboard where my feet are, the passenger can feel it also, its also warm so im thinking its comming from the engine somewhere. But the heater is NOT on. But, whenever the heater, ac, defrost, anything is on, the breeze will stop... why the hell is my car doing this and how can i stop it? i have a 1998 nissan maxima gle. Thanks in advanced!
Because you have vents under the steering colum and glovebox, you can either aim them in a different direction or use the AC console to only shoot the air through the top vents. the reason it dosent come on when the defrost is on is because the "foot vents" are turned off
air recirculation?

Turn on air recirculation and that won't happen. What's happening is just that the speed is forcing air through the vents when fresh air is allowed in.
