How can I make a CAI for my SC?
ummm ok. well he's not running that much boost (yet?) for the IC to really be effective. but the theory is good.

A CAI would still be effective, well as effective as they can be. Even though the SC heats up the charge, a cooler starting temp means a cooler final temp. Since your SC is on the passenger side, I think you might have to remove or relocate the washer fluid resevoir to get down into the fender well on that side.
The CAI makes a huge difference. The stock Stillen kit just sucks hot air in from around the engine into the air filter. On 100+ degree days, I see a drop of 20 degrees with the CAI on my Techtom. On the dyno on hot days I have lost 7 hp at the wheels due to the hot air. The HP is always there with the CAI.
