I got my HID's from them, and I'm happy with it.....however, when my installer put them in, I have this Hi-beam like patvh of light on the passenger side, so I guess it's a matter of repositioning it I guess....but overall, I'm glad to own HID's.....

why do you need an installer if it's plug and play?

It's not P-n-P......I needed the conversion kit.....it's P-n-P if you already have an existing HID lighting kit in your Max (the SL and more equip SE comes with them) then you can just simply replace the bulb. But my max is the standard one with the haolgen bulbs and it requires more than just changing the bulb.

No it's not. It's plug and play if you don't have to retrofit.

If the light beam pattern looks something like this
then it's okay, thats how its supposed to be!! If you have a left hand drive.

i think its like that so it lights up the signs on the right side of the road. and keeps the driverside from blinding oncoming traffic.
