I noticed these bulbs on a site, they seem bright as hell and are "brighter" than piaa's according to thier chart. Anyone use these? I thought they might be the ****ty kind all the riceboys use around here, but they're almost $80 a pair...?? Check them out and tell me what you think. Thanks

I have them on my GTP... I like them, and the have a nice blue tint to them, and yes the are bright. You'll probebly need an aftermarket wiring harness if you get those though.

well..

I really like how the PIAA Plasma Superwhites look (on the 2k maximas) but they dont make the "PLASMA's" in 9004, which is the 4th gen. Do these compare to them? And where could I purchase a good harness? Thanks alot.

color temp. of 4300k is pretty bluish tho... and with that price i would suggest you either get Hyper industry 9004 if u want the same 4300k bluish look, or APC 9004, which not as bluish but much closer to HID look. Both of them runs around 30 to 40 bucks, but you would need harness tho.

hope this helps..

well...

Right now I have philips blue vision (no they're not blue) they are a really nice improvement over stock, a lot whiter and brighter. They were about $25 for both. I'm thinking of purchasing a wiring harness and piaa 9004's. This however is quite expensive... anyone ever try one of those "HID KITS" like philips, piaa, catz, etc. have?

The Solaris bulbs are bluer than the PIAA Plazma superwhites you're looking at. The wiring harness for my GTP was like $40 from competition limited.

Isn't Solaris bulbs illegal to use on the streets? I know they are in my state (Pennsylvania).
