Car no start....

This happened once before... and the same deal last time... it was the first time it was really "cold" (sub 50) and the car would not start.
Turn the keys to the on position, the dash lights won't even come on. I am suspecting the alarm b/c I can't arm or disarm it even... and opening the door won't even set it off. Any ideas?

No lights either or really dim??-->
Try removing the battery connections and giving them a good clean. And check the main electrial grounds. Ie.. the main ground strap. This is for the CRX? Are all the wiring harness grounds connected?
