How they, with their $29 Pep Boys strobes, fear me. :-)

what exactly do people do with strobes except at a car show?
i once was interested in doing it, and use it to flash slow drivers in the fast lane to move outta my way(they would think i am cop), but i was afraid they might be pissed to find out i am not cop after i pass them and take down my plate and report my ***, so i didn't do it.
