If you want to paint it the color everyone else thinks is the right "looking" color go with Black. If you want to paint it what you think would look cool then do that.

Personally I like a dark burgundy with a little gold metal flake. If I was going to repaint my 03 SE that's what I'd go for.

But then again I've become really partial to dark ivy green

Almost every non-stock painted Max I ever see is blue, just like that one. Be original, go with something no one else has.

also, does the whole car need paint or mainly just the nose? Get the nose done and do a kit. Same on money. Spending $3000-$4000 on a color change isn't worth doing to a 10 year old car.

Well said...

You want the sexiest blue?

Metallic Neptune blue. Some guy got it on the forums and I think its the hottest color there is for a 4th gen.

Proph

i have no idea what you're talking about

if u want to stand out, dark blue. WRX/daytona blue looks good on...WRX's or 350z's.

if you want to be sleek, black will never hurt.

I dunnoo... a darker blue is really nice.. I'll agree though, that the lighter, more vibrant blues look kinda cheesy IMO, no offense to anyone. It just doesnt seem to compliment the car that well. Black is my favorite color for a maxima, though-wish i'd bought a black one myself.
