Noone? These are supposedly NEW axles, both left and right, with free shipping and 3 year warranty. Someone must surely have bought SOMEthing from this guy before?

some feedback from those who bought from them were happy. I hope they left that feed back after installing not just when I go to their door.

They may be excellent but when It comes to parts such as these I dont know if I could trust them, not before hearing form a creditable source that they are good. You could get axles from your local auto store and they have a 2 year warantee, they will be down the road and you know they will honor the warantee, no shipping it back to them if something goes wrong and have your car on jack stands for week or so waiting for the new axle.

The guy has a really good rep.. and 3 other people have already bought axles from this specific auction. I don't know. But at that price it's almost worth it just for me to order them and try it out, and take pictures/give feedback to the org when they get here. Axles are the last thing that I need to buy for my LSD swap

Oh, and I googled "Sons & Company", and was unable to find ANYTHING... I may very well end up being a guinea pig on this one.

for the LSD tranny the passenger side is the same as the open diff, or dont you need a new axle for that side as well?

I say go for it, you've gotten a responce back which means he read and check his e-mail. Just dont leave feeback or anything till you get the axle and install it on the car.
Ask him if any paper documentation will be sent to validate the warantee beside just typing it in the auction listing.

Guys , I was so close from ordering those, but after some carefull thinking i went with much higher quality axle from Raxles.com, Those ebay axles must be made in China/Taiwan. I am pretty sure that they will last some time , but actually how long - only time will tell. Once i install new axle on my car i really don't want to mess wit it anymore for at least 80K.

so are the brand new rotors you buy at local autozone, look good when new, but after few thousands of miles problems resurface.

The seller told me that the axle manufacturer is here in the USA. I am purchasing them now (150 shipped after insurance-required).

I will try and take some pictures and give a review of the quality of the axles when they come. This kind of deal is just too good to pass up especially when I'm this broke Besides, can they really be as bad a remans at the same price?..

Note from Seller:
Sorry, but we do not have the driver side axle for this vehicle with LSD. It is
a special item only available from the dealer. I will refund your money. If you
need the passenger side, please let me know because I have that one in stock.

Bastard. He even told me before I bid on it that he had it in stock. That sets me back quite a bit and now my car will be downtime for at least another week. Should have ordered from raxles in the first place.

that suck cause If you paid him paypal then you'll lose how every much in fees when he sends your money back.

Atleast he refunded your money, some people on ebay are two faced, once they get your money and if you have a problems it too late.

good luck
