Will this Double DIN BOSE unit work in the 99 Maxima?

I already have the 6 disc changer in the trunk but some others can get a good deal on it if it is going to work in the Maxima. Here is the link. Its going for $200 on Ebay ends in about 10 hours.

Plus, it ain't Bose as the seller says. Wiring diagrams are fairly specific to each vehicle, and the radio and CD in 2 packages like that I haven't seen on 4th Gen Maximas. The add-on CD and the standard AM/FM cassette look different.

I wouldn't get it.
