My uncle, hes 23yrs old. Used to ride a 2k2 Yamaha R6.
He was doing about 110mph on a open road at about 1am, anyway... going 110mph, bambi jumped out and... here is the result:
Bambi split in half, sending the head to one side of the road, and her *** to the other side.
My uncle was fine, just a couple of bruses here and there, his armor saved him.

I just bought a ninja and I love it but.... now that I have it I would rather have another turbo instead.... the risk is not worth it. Granite I love my bullet bike but I probably won t keep it for long I wanna live to see the 7th gen max....

ok ok i'm sorry i know i was being bias..
Get the turbo, and when your engine detonates repost this and we'll take it as a lesson well learned. also we could make it a sticky just in case anyone else was thinking about this dilemma.

Im not worried about my own stupidity im worried about others stupidity. There are a lot of stupid/bad drivers out there and i could be doing everything right and still get hit by a stupid driver. And yes you can die in cars, but you can also die by drinking to much water.

Let me tell you a little story why I don't ride any more. I spent 9 years riding motorcycles. 1 Honda and my last bike was a Bmw K100LT. I put 115K miles on the BMW. I rode it everywhere. I even rode it all of the way to Alaska once.
In the span of 6 months, I had an explorer pull out in front of me. Luckily it was a little wet and was able to lock the rear tire up, do a quick 180 and hit the driver's door of the explorer with my trunk.
Event number 2. I was riding to work. I was in the inside lane with a curb/median to my side. A guy in a pickup wasn't looking and I had to pop the bike onto the sidewalk so I didn't get run over. Guy never even stopped.
Event number 3. I was riding down this road that did a quick S turn under a bridge. Well, this truck cut the whole thing off in a straight line right where I am. I got over and got into some dirt and I knew there was no safe way I was going to slow down and make the turn. I had to lay the bike down. I was going about 35-40 MPH at the time. I caught my ankle on the crash bar and even today it still hurts sometime. My head was sliding accross the pavement and just scraped the hell out of my 3 month old arial helmet. My leathers were scrapped down to the kevlar on my knees, shoulder, and elbow. The bike crashed into the bridge, Hit so hard it went vertical and crashed back down on it's side. The only reason that I'm typing this today is because I was wearing the right equipment. If I hadn't been, I would have been road hamburger.
Moral of the story, Bikes are great fun but watch closely for the other guy and ALWAYS, even if it isn't a law in your state, wear the right safety equipment. It's your only chance of survival.

i think you should get the bike. the car is never gonna give you the same excitement as a bike.....but, you shouldnt look at either one as an investment. Investment standpoint both choices is bad.
BUT....bike is more dangerous, even when your really careful you gotta watch the other guy. i got lots of stories but the most recent one was a guy opened his door on me (dunno if it was on purpose) and i slammed into his door and did a somersault off the bike landed on my head. No major injury. Ive been lucky so far

Personally, I'd get the bike. My once streetrace-lovin' sweetheart has abandonned the circuit to perfect the art of stunting & he's is in & out of the hospital or at a funeral, or two or three, every year. I ain't advocating safeness or even consider the whole idea rational; you know enough to assess the risks urself.
But the feeling that draws me to press my body firmly to the contours of a cbr is the same one that drew me all motor "go" over "show"... oh- and wait till you see how fast you can go on ur bike (u'll wonder why u even bothered wastin' ur time tryin to make the max fast).
As for Pu$$y i really can't say which of the two will draw more. I already got one of my own. Personally i was drawn to the quiet guy who swapped several b18c1's all by his lonesome.
