installing Strobes

Someone said not to drill but to place the strobe inside the headlight ...
Questiong !!! how will i make the light stay in place so tha it doesnt move around the fixture in the headlight unit...

#2 someone also said that i have to change the Amp-ing or somehtin
i have no idea wut tha means and how to do it ...
I Will b puttin a pair of strobes inside my headlights ... for now ...
so which fuse would i have to change ..

Are you talking like REAL STROBES or baby Pep-Boys strobes? With a real strobe set you should get the rubber-based bulbs so they really lock inside the housing.

See the other strobe post I just did like 3 minutes ago...in the 4th gen group ... it has some links in there...
