wow, awsome consistancy. Good job. I'd like to know what type/model NOS your using etc. Is their any way for people to know your spraying without seeing it? Like noise or smoke? Thanks

There are few ways of knowing someone is spraying,

there is not smoke, unless well.... your engine blows...there is no noise, but if you listen closely to the engine you can hear a diff.
There are visible means of knowing, you have a big tank of NOS in your trunk or in your car, ther tubing in the engine bay, and the plug going to the CAI (if you have one) and the switch in the car. But great run 98MAX.

Did you run at E-town last night?!
On my last run, it was a white Max behind me with windshiled decal, maybe that was you?!

... are you spraying at launch? Whats the launch style do you use? What bottle temp. or preasure where you running at? Checked your plugs recently? 96mph in a 3400lb car is equal to ~260hp at the crank according to this ( http://www.superhonda.com/hp_calc.html ) I bet you are getting a little more than 40hp out of your shot, cool!!! Those 60's are what got you sooo low GREAT JOB!!!

Well, I dont hit the NOS off the line..

I dont use the NOS off the line, if I did I would just spin the crap out of the tires. I hold the rpms at 1000, go on the therd yellow light. I floor it pretty quick off the line(this activates the micro switch at full throttle) than as soon as I have it to the floor I hit the botton. This is at about 2000-2200rpms. Than I just hold on. I run my bottle at 950psi when I run. That might be why I "probabaly" get more than 40hp, sopposed to run it a like 900psi. I have changed my plugs, but I just put stock plugs back in. The plugs look good, a little tan but thats it. I have a air/fuel meter in the car and never reads rich or lean. Its like the motor was made to run nos(hehe). I will put non platnum plugs in soon. You cant really hear it unless your in the car, you can hear the solenoid open and close, and the engine sounds like a V8(hehe). I am a little worried about those 60' times, I hope I dont leave mt trany at the starting line one of these days.

950psi is good

and tan is what you want on the plugs! 2200 is a little low to put the NOS on at, 3k is safer, what ever works for you. It seems to work good!

You got out of the hole quicker, were faster to 330 and to 1/8, on the second run. Why the slower quarter AND trap speed?

Anybody think getting a high flo cat...

will let me into the 13s? I am planing to do the VB modd soon, just looking for some help. My friend had NOS pills with him lastnight, all I had to do was slip a bigger pill in the jet and could have ran a 13, but I really want to stay with what I have and just do more modds on the car. It was really hard to say no.(hehe)NOS is like a drug, once they have it they love it and want to try to "give to everybody else.

well, I cant figure that one out either, ..

the trany may have took longer to shift into third, may have got a sudden burst of cold air. The track prep guy told me that if to cars are running side by side like the car I was racing, his air draft may have hit the infer red beem. Man I have about given up tring to figure out the all the track demons.
