I just bought a CD changer today and I was wondering if anyone had any suggetsions on where to put it in my trunk.. I was thinking either on the side or right under the trunk before it opens. Where is the cable that runs from the OEM Bose system located in the trunk anyways? Any help would be cool Thanks Guys!

I ran my CD Changer cables >>>>>

down the middle of the car under the center console, under the rear carpet and throught the back seat. I installed the CD Changer on the back deck mine sits a little to the right side if you were facing the trunk. Good Luck !!!!!!

Hi. There is no cable that runs from the OEM Bose unit. The cable should have come with your changer. You need to run *that* cable from the radio, down your passenger side and into the trunk. This is not hard, but you have to take a lot of **** apart to do it. The entire radio has to come out, you have to remove the runner guards on the passenger side, and remove the back seat.

I have a picture of my mounted changer on my web site - http://grprete.jnet.net.

Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the install. It will look like a bomb went off in your car, but it is actually pretty easy and straightforward. The advantage to using an OEM-type changer is that the power, signal and ground are all in the one cable - it is the only one you need to route.
