No sh*t. I think these people are joining just to see how quickly they can get permabanned. I think the .org should cut off registration or at least have a selective joining process that makes these people fill out an application to join.

BTW, the lottery idea is a good creative one, it just has way to many problems for it to work. To much money going to the middle men and you wouldn't be able to get enough people to trust it.
