I love it when people put crap on their cars and defend it by saying "its different". It may be different but that doesnt change the fact that its still ugly.

YALL ARE HATERS! YOU HEAR ME!!! HATERRZZZZ!!!!!! but i included the writeup because i am such a newb that i don't know how to do these things. whenever i complete a mod, im going to make a write up so that others can easily do it, rather than other writeups that say "first, remove your stock intake. next, put the new one on!"... when i got my car i didn't even know what an intake was. I feel your pain my fellow ubernoobs! *yeah i might repaint them with blue instead, but i do like how they came out. it's gangstariffick.*

Why on earth would you make a writeup for every mod you do, espcially when we ALREADY have very good writeups in our FAQs? Im sorry but if you dont know what an intake is, then you have no right to complain about an intake writeup.
And what specific writeups are like "1. remove 2. install" anyways? Most writeups have pictures, so even if you understand what they are saying you can still look at a picture

I don't like it. I blacked out my emblems, and they look black not red. Not sure why you put blacked out in your title they aren't even black!

I wouldn't call it a mod really either, a touch-up is more like it.

While it is different, it just doesn't look right, IMO.

chill people, the guy is just trying to be helpful. If you think that nobody needs this writeup just don't post anything. Who knows, maybe someone will use it. Besides, how would you feel if someone criticized your help.

It's creative, but the org always has their opinions. Good job taking your time for the writeup as well; im sure there are those that read this and are going to perform this mod.

Effort applauded.

Thanks guys for all your input. if you don't like it, it's cool, because it's my car not yours. and to the guy who asked, "if you didn't even know what an intake was, why did you bother changing it?" i hope that you don't say things like this to other people, because hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere right? i needed a hobby. something to fill my time. i've gotten myself in way too much trouble over the years, and now i'm cleaning my act up. thanks for the support that the nice guys gave me, it just encourages me to try harder to love my car and dress her up.. u know the stuff our cars deserve.
*I really wish the harsh flames would stop, as if you weren't car noobs at some point too.* im sure you can all remember the first tire you changed and struggling with why the nuts weren't loosening. Im making a commitment not to be nasty to anyone, noob or not, who has anything that i can help them with, because i know what it's like. i don't like the discouraging comments that i've been getting for things. And im not saying the writeups on these forums are impossible to read, im just saying that i would like to give back to the community by expanding on them with more description and detail. Sometimes we need to be babied through something to get it working right. unless that is, you LIKE spending until 2am under your car redoing things over and over...

Hey eyesack killa, good job man. You did it yourself, made it to your liking and took some time to write a little write up on it, that's cool of you to do. Some people don't think to even try to help someone else out. The org has many stickies with just about every mod to do, you may not have known, or you just wanted to write your way. You have every right to do that, and by taking your time to do that for someone else that may be new to the maxima scene in modding, that's cool.

Sometimes people forget where they came from, or forget that once they too were a newbie to all of this. I applaud you for taking your time to help someone else out that may have found your writeup useful.

If you help at least one person, you've done good. Props on that.

But in my opinion, I don't think the color choice was a good one.
