Hi All,
Some popup or banner ad that I came across mentioned "cars below invoice price". On a lark I entered model info for a 2005 Maxima (purposely 2005, since they offered it). I got a response back from the local Autobytel Nissan dealer, with a price on a 2006 (they didn't let me specify SE vs SL IIRC).
In any case, they quoted me the following:
2006 Nissan Maxima SL Auto
With all standard equipment plus: driver pref. pkg, floor/trunk mats,
sunroof, clrd splash guards.
MSRP : $32,570
"internet price": $28,456 (Edmunds lists invoice @ $29,731)
"Better Price"
2006 Nissan Maxima SE Auto with all standard equipment plus:
floor/trunk mats, splash guards, rear spoiler, sunroof.
MSRP $29,790
Internet Price: $26,010 (Edmunds lists invoice @ $27,185)
Has anyone negotiated better than this, or has autobytel finally lived up to its billing?
