I prefer the excellent fit of my David L's over these, but they do look nice on black cars.

Well, at first I didnt like them. I will agree they do look good on black cars though. So, since the review I am now thinking about them. Still love those David L's though.

For that price they should be LED style.

But, looks better than stock nonetheless

I think they only look nice on black cars. I just wish I didnt have to dremmel up my brand new tails to make them sit flush with my trunk

Thanks, I like the angles you took to see the flushness of the fit and how they look all around. I think I might just be sold.

There not horrible, but still dont compare to the DavidL's.
If they just didnt have that diamond/grid look to them they would look so much cleaner.
They are however a great improvment over stock.

i love the how-to section as well as all of the product write-ups. they are much better than the ones that a specific company will provide.

i've seen an actually CE tails on a superblack 95 SE on 18s and lowered, it looks really nice in person.

people with dark color cars should definetly consider these tails.

so did they fix something? I was under them impression they did not fit well. I really like the way they look but I did not want to buy something that did not fit.

Yes, they fixed the posts that sit on the trunk lid so it fits 98% perfectly. I still would like the gasket to sit properly, but with some fiddling you can get it sit just right.

Eh... I've slowly come around to them. I wasn't going to pay $300+ for David L's... so I bought a tinted pair. Doesn't look too bad. I like the way they look at night.
