I would NEVER do business with that company. They tried to prove themselves earlier last year but are obviously failing again. If you really want their product, buy it used from a sucker that had to wait.

Maybe they just decided that the cheap, whiney b1tches that hang out on these boards were more trouble than they're worth....everyone sitting around waiting for an "org discount" or "group deal". Everyone buying garbage exhaust off ebay because they don't want to pay real money for real quality. If I was a product manufacturer, I'd come nowhere near the maxima forums, personally...i'd go straight to the 350Z forums, or the Mustang forums, where people will actually spend money on things.

btw, my FC stuff arrived within 3 or 4 days....and I never had problems contacting them.

They probably just don't like YOU

Cheap whiney b!tches? How are we cheap or whiney when all we did was order product that they advertised at their advertised price, and then waited months for it?

Don't like me? That is amusing. I will take your post as a joke, as there is nothing logical about it.

maybe you need to realize that the good ol folks at FC have other jobs and don't run the 'company' full time. i'm not saying this is the best way to run a business but that's the reality of it. if you stumbled onto their website and just blindly ordered something w/o contacting them first, i think it's your fault not theirs.

i think i waited 3 days for my b-pipe to arrive, but then again this was a year ago when they were "trying to make a comeback" right?

My point is, it is unacceptable to run any business with such long turn around times and no contact. I have read about multiple people going through the same thing through the years, and would never reccomend them, to anyone.

i actually picked up my stuff directly from their warehouse.. steve is a nice guy.. and this is his "side" job. you try runnign a business and working full time somewhere else.

i mean they are losing business i guess..but thier parts are quality when they have them..thats why everyone keeps asking for them.

p.s. i didnt have to wait. :P

Im waiting for an intake to come in from them for like a month and i just got this email>>>>
we apoligize for the delay. We were in the process of moving our shop and have been behind. We should have everything sorted in a couple days and as soon as your order ships you'll get an email from fedex.

Thanks,

-steve

I've called the numbers listed on there website at least 10x and even left messages and not once has anyone called me back.

To me that mean, ****ty customer service. And I'm not expecing a discount nor do I want one, I just wanted a FC Rear Axel back.

If you are willing to spend a little more, go with a Greddy SP2 or Cattman Catback.

1. the first part of my statement was a general observation, that is widely observed here on the org. It was not directed specifically at you. You may be willing to spend the money, but I can't count how many times a company has a posted price and everyone is whining about how it is "too expensive" etc etc etc and how the "stillen knockoff on ebay is just as good" or whatever.

2. the "they don't like you" part is called "sarcasm"

Funny how much people have problems with this kind of thing. I've ordered TONS of parts for this car and others from distributors and have NEVER had a problem with any orders
