Where is Frankencar???

Okay I am getting really P'ed off at Frankencar...Its been 2 and a half months and I've recieved nothing from them yet. Does anybody know where these Fnckers are??? I ordered an intake the beginning of March and a week later from that I was told they were being powder coated and ready to be shipped out. From there a month later I'm told they were in progress of moving the shop. Plus on top of calling and no answers. Paypal isnt helping at all. Anybody else having problems with them???

They refunded my money and were very sincere with their appology. Apparently their move has been a "disaster" in their own words. Too bad, I really wanted their cat-back.

Strange

In a stunning turn of events, Wednesday night i filed my complaint/refund claim with paypal, the next morning Frankencar shipped my order out and i received it Friday from fed-ex. However, i'll still never buy anything from this place ever again. I guess 1 month for this thing was a short wait time compared to the other stories i heard here.

Yeah, when a ordered my intake a few years ago, it took forever for it to get to me and they didnt give me my stickers like they said they would. I emailed them about it several times, and no response.

A promise is a promise, especially when it's a company doing it to a customer.

Yes, especially when they list the package's contents on their website.

Woooo good thing I didn't buy from them. I was looking for an intake and was looking at them and Berk technology. Finally I went with the Berk, they shipped thier product very quick and anwered my questions right away. A++ for Berk!!
