Need Help with SUNROOF?........

Anyone know how to take out the sunroof? I belive a rock or something got in the track on the right side and now the sunroof will only open, it will not shut unless I use my hands to shut it. Can anyone help? I just want to know whats involved in getting the glass out so I can check the tracks? Thanks
