The maxima sounds

like a bit of a hoax =P They talk about it like it's running 10's, and trying to bump it down to 9's .. They've gotta be pushing like 600hp+ to do that =P .. Torque steer anyone?

never heard them say anything about the maxima running nines.... I heard them talking about it running lean or something when they have the backwards hood popped at the beginning.....

Remember it isn't real! It is a movie! The Max in the movie is damn slow in real life relative to the money and mods it has.

Talking about torque steer...I think the first race showed quite a bit of it

Yeah.. When they're talking about running lean, they say "I can't bust it into 9's" .. So I'm assuming it's currently running 10's. Which is a bunch of baloney =/
