Supercharge and NOS

Can you put a supercharge and nos in your car. are is it to much for the engine..

A couple people have done it, but I think they had some serious other mods to go along with it. NOS is normally used with forced induction in the low rpm range where boost is not as high, ie-turbo's. With Superchargers, you don't have as much of a problem though, the power is always there,not like a turbo that has to get to high RPM's to make a lot of boost, so I wouldn't bother with NOS. JUst my $.02

IMHO you could run 6spi of boost and a little 50hp shot together on a stock block as long as you ran it on the rich side. But if you ran 10psi of boost on a stock block I wouldnt recomend it, unless you had a way to retard ignition timing. Stock pistons are tough, its not the power that will kill them its detonation.
