There's post awhile ago concerned that the stock alarm only protects the front 2 doors only. I checked this morning b4 I changed my oil and the alarm does protect all doors. When the alarm is armed, no matter which door you try to open the alarm will activated..
Phew!!!
You can go and check for yourself to make sure

It should protect your trunk and hood too...

I know mine goes off if I pop the engine hood (but keep it latched), arm the alarm and wait for the 30 arming period, then try to unlatch and open the hood.

Mine protects the same way but other ppl had concerned that the stock only protects 2 front doors. I post this to verify for that person(s).

There are door pin switch for all 4 doors->

There are pin switch for the hood and trunk. Anyway, there is one way to break in. Break a window and step through the window.
